At Glebe House, we have a set values which operate as a system, reflecting and shaping our behaviours and organisational culture.

Empowerment

We empower clients in their recovery so they can live independently and thrive in their communities.

Compassion

All clients are treated with compassion, kindness and respect and supported without judgement.

Accountability

We are accountable to our clients through evaluation, review and improvement of service delivery and we encourage our clients to be accountable to one another.

Collaboration

We collaborate with other community-based services to ensure our clients are adequately supported throughout all stages of their recovery.

Lived experience

We pride ourselves on employing staff with lived experience of addiction and imprisonment and clients are continuously involved in service development, review, and improvement.

Transforming lives building futures

Glebe House acknowledges the Gadigal People of the Eora Nation as the traditional custodians of the land on which our house stands. We wish to pay our respects to Elders past and present and to all Aboriginal people.

Glebe House celebrates diversity and is committed to providing inclusive services. We offer support to all people without judgement or discrimination.
