Our Team

The staff at Glebe House, work toward providing the clients with a positive experience of their stay at the house, their transition and recovery as well as to achieve their desired outcomes.

Each client is assigned a case manager who works intensively with the client from entry to exit. Case plans are developed in conjunction with the client and clients have access to a full range of referrals and services as required.

Glebe House has a history of employing former clients as staff members, following an appropriate time from treatment and after relevant training qualifications have been secured.

Clients often observe that they feel understood and supported in program because the staff are themselves in recovery. It creates a powerful therapeutic alliance. Staff members become role models and their stories are a testament to the success of the Glebe House program. Here are some of them….
